Jeanne Hendren

Jeanne is a 17—year veteran broker and is a platinum producer, Fonville Morisey's highest level of sales and listings. She and husband Ron will celebrate their 30th anniversary this year, with their two children, Holly and Ian. They live in Fuquay—Varina. Jeanne loves plants and animals, and has managed to kill several of the former while saving many of the latter. Horses, dogs and cats are her favorites and the extended family includes all three: Sierra Bound, a 17—hand hunter jumper, Jake and Buddy, golden retrievers, plus two black and one tiger—striped cats who, of course, are the real heads—of—household.
But Jeanne is also a true people person, and loves introducing families to North Carolina and helping those who have already discovered it find new homes to meet their changing needs.

Ron Hendren

Ron grew up in Pinehurst and attended both N.C. State and Carolina, graduating from UNC at Chapel Hill. He attended graduate school at The George Washington University in the nation's capital, where he met Jeanne at a restaurant in Georgetown. It was love at first sight, at least for him. Ron also spent six years in the U.S. Army Reserves, and his son, Ian, is in the Navy, just recently back from a tour of duty aboard the aircraft carrier USS George Washington in Iraq. Ian is stationed near Seattle at NAS Whidbey Island, Washington.
Ron has also been a realtor for seventeen years, and has developed property in Virginia, California and Hawaii. His love is renovation and remodeling and people say he is very good at it!

Cheryl Branker

Cheryl is a Raleigh native and a graduate of UNC—Greensboro, City University of New York, and NC State University.
She has been married to husband Gerald, a native of Barbados, West Indies and Deputy Warden at Raleigh's Central Prison, since June 1977. They live in Fuquay—Varina with their dog, Senji—The Basenji, and are the proud parents of Nic, a sophomore at NC State studying computer science engineering, and Bree, a high school senior at the NC School of the Arts in Winston Salem who hopes to sing and dance on Broadway.
Cheryl has been a licensed real estate broker since 1982. When she's not listing and selling properties, Cheryl is the Director of Disability Services for Students at NC State University. She values serving a diverse client base and recognizes that it is just and right to treat every human being and their culture with decency and respect.
In her free time, Cheryl enjoys running. She has completed several 5Ks, 10Ks, 15Ks, and half marathons. Her goal is to complete a full marathon before she becomes a grandmother!

Holly is Jeanne's and Ron's first born and they are very proud that she has chosen to join the family real estate tradition. She is completing her broker classes now and is also serving ably as administrative assistant/ office manager for Jeanne Hendren's TeamSold at their Fuquay-Varina office. Team members say she already made herself indispensable! Holly lives in Cary.
She is an accomplished horsewomen and has trained horses while pursing her specialty, hunter-jumper. She started college at the Cape Fear Community College, Wilmington, and plans to continue part-time at N.C. State until she gets her degree.

Tom Hayes

Born in Jonesboro, Ark. Grew up in eastern NC - Clinton, Wilson, Saratoga. Lived on a farm, son of a county extension agent. Played football, basketball, and baseball in high school. Named All-State in Baseball and accepted baseball scholarship to NC State. Lettered as a pitcher for four years, helping team win three ACC Championships.
Worked for Blue Bell, Inc. (holding company for Wrangler Jeans) in Greensboro for fifteen years as Management Services Analyst, Project Leader, and Sales Promotion Manager. Since 1987, have been an Account Executive, selling promotional products, for Fletcher, Barnhardt & White (12 years) and C. Forbes, Inc. (6 years).
Have been an assistant baseball coach at Fuquay Varina High School since 1994; named Southeastern USA Assistant Coach of the Year in 2003 by NHSBCA. Also help coach the American Legion Post 116 Senior team.
Hobbies include golf (member of Bentwinds Country Club), coaching, fantasy baseball.

Lisa Hayes

Lisa lives in Holly Springs with her daughter, Kaila, and husband Jeffery. But by the time you’ve read this, we’ll be updating that info: Lisa is expecting a son in May, 2006! She is a real go-getter, and we and her doctor practically had to order her to slow down just long enough to have the baby! But her clients love her dearly, and are very loyal to her, as are we.
Lisa was born in Minnesota where she attended the College of St. Benedict. She has also lived in Connecticut and Texas, she furthered her education at the University of Houston. Prior to her real estate, she had a long and successful career with Continental Airlines as a flight attendant, Supervisor of Inflight Recruiting, an Inflight Trainer and finally manager of Initial Flight Attendant Training. We told you she is a go-getter!
Lisa’s enthusiasm, knowledge and energy have quickly made her one of Fonville Morisey’s most successful new agents, and we are fortunate to have her as an important member of TeamSOLD.

Nicole Temple

We like many things about Nicole, but always near the top of the list are her natural friendliness, boundless energy and enthusiasm for helping others. We are happy to report it’s catching and the entire office has it!
Nicole attended public schools in Wake County, and is a graduate of Meredith College and
member of the Meredith Alumni Book Club. Her hobbies include boating, dancing, biking, working out and going to the beach, which is only the beginning of her travels: London, Paris, Cancun, the Bahamas, and all over America--a terrific asset when it comes to getting to know the many out-of-towners who are continually moving to the Triangle.
In addition to being a full-time real estate broker on TeamSOLD, Nicole is a key staff member who assists with marketing and administration.

Ramona lives in Raleigh with her husband, John, and daughter, Charlotte. Charlotte is a ten-month old who is the cutest baby in the world. John and Ramona met on Valentines Day and have been married for 7 years. He is Manager of Client Computing for Quest Diagnostics. They have a dog, Madison, who is a pug and Chihuahua mix. Ramona loves reading, Sudoku, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She is Vice-President of Programs for Hopeful Parents, www.hopefulparents.org, a non-profit support group for adoption. Before beginning her career in real estate, Ramona was formerly in the technology field - the last 10 years at SAS in Cary. She has degrees in Industrial Engineering Technology and Justice and Public Policy.
